Confidence: Either we have it or we don't!

Confidence is a skill that most of us lag and constantly look upon and ask for advice as to how to build it.  Confidence is not something that arrives to us at the time of birth but it is a skill that can be developed through intentional and purposeful practice. Here's how: Often if we feel afraid, or defeated we get smaller in our bodies, and whenever we feel pride we get bigger. One of the key tip for becoming confident is to look confident. Looking confident in all aspects matters.  1) Act like a winner and not a loser.  We are going to talk about our outside in.
