Towards a better planet! Let us not let it weep!

We, as Indians, should be proud of our country's biodiversity. Whether we drive northwards towards the Himalayas or to the western coast of India, or the Sundarbans, anywhere and everywhere we go, we can witness a continuously changing panorama and unique foliage with lofty trees, rocky mountains, grassy plains, shades of blue, crimson and brown dotted with white, animal species with Royal Bengal tigers swimming in the creeks, dolphins frolicing in rivulets, reptiles awaiting in the beautiful lakes and crocodiles sunbathing on riverbanks. Biodiversity is one of the many wonders of our world and we are privileged to be living in a country where biodiversity is so apparent.
However, we Indians don't care about the biological diversities anymore. We should actually be treasuring and preserving this unique and special possession, but instead, we because of our greed are making this diversity bleed. We are turning the green landscapes at hand into desserts, concrete jungles and barren lands. We are throwing tons of waste, plastic and trash into the beautiful, great turquoise waters harming the charming aquatic life. Instead of living with animals in harmony, we are killing them for leisure, leather, food, knowing that this will disturb the nature's ecosystem which includes us as well.
This is such a tragic irony.

Aren’t we losing everything?

Reduced biodiversity means millions of people facing a future with an unhealthy ecosystem, less food supplies, short supply of freshwater, disruption of livelihoods and income. Are you ready to face all this?

It is time for us to change.

Afterall, it has been very eloquently noted that until one has loved the biodiversity of its country, a part of one's soul remains unawakened. Let us go INTO THE WILDLIFE to explore this natural beauty and awaken our soul.

AM READY!
