The Edison story

Collections | echo park paper co. | Have Faith

I look upon happiness and sorrow alike. In both the situations, I don't abandon the God's name (NAAM). I have faith in the benevolence of the One who forgives me and unites me with himself.

Once upon a time there was a woman who was not well and was in coma for a year. All the doctors and her relatives had lost the hope of her waking up.

However, her husband did not give up hope on her and kept talking to her, telling his daily routine, wishes, etc. In the end a miracle happened. After a year, she woke up and said to her husband, that she could hear all that he was saying, it was just that she did not have the ability to come to consciousness and respond to it. The fact that he did not give up on her, made her get back to conscience after a year. You know, Our greatest weakness lies in giving up.

LIFE ISN'T EASY.
At times it become so tough, that we give up out of exhaustion.

Thomas Alva Edison, who faced so many failure initially before succeeding in making a light bulb, never gave up, even after 1000 trials. He did not consider it as an impossible task . He took it in a positive way and always said that he had not failed in making a bulb, he had just learnt 1000 ways to make a wrong bulb.
He said something which has changed my thinking.
Whenever I feel like giving up, I remind myself of what Edison said – "When you think that you have exhausted all the possibilities to approach a problem, remind yourself that you haven't”.
Don't give up on the good things in life. I know that we can't hold on to everything in life, somethings need to be buried and left out, but as long as you can, hold on to what's valuable and close to your heart.
Leave the rest to God. He’ll make things work.

HOPE FOR THE BEST, BUT BE PREPARED FOR THE WORST!

KEEP TRYING AND SOMEDAY YOU'LL GET IT RIGHT.
TRY JUST ONE MORE TIME!
